🌱 Planting the Seed
A focused mentorship container designed to help you stabilize and rebuild your foundation. Together, we clarify what season you’re in, refine your priorities, and put simple structure in place so you can move forward without chaos or burnout.
This is where you create solid ground before your next expansion.
Best for: Women ready to move forward but who want to do it thoughtfully.
🌿 The Reset Session
A private, high-impact strategy session for moments when clarity is needed now. We assess what’s working, what’s misaligned, and what needs to shift. You leave with direction, structured next steps, and a renewed sense of control.
This is recalibration, not reaction.
Best for: Women facing a decision, pivot, or transition point.
🌳 The 90-Day Reinvention
A deeper private mentorship experience for women committed to meaningful change. Over three months, we refine your positioning, strengthen your foundation, and install systems that support sustainable growth, personally and professionally.
This is intentional reinvention built with standards, not urgency.
Best for: Women ready to rebuild with clarity, structure, and long-term momentum.
Private Mentorship (Invite Only)
The highest level of support at The LaRoc Collective. Ongoing, personal, and built entirely around you. This is for women who've already done foundational work and are ready for sustained, one-on-one partnership as they build the next chapter of their business and life.
This is not a program with a start and end date. It's an ongoing relationship built on trust, discretion, and results.
Best for: Women who are ready for consistent, high-touch guidance and have outgrown group or single-session support.
By invitation or application only. Spaces are intentionally limited. Private Mentorship is by invitation, typically extended to women who've completed Planting the Seed, The Reset Session, or The 90-Day Reinvention. If you believe you're ready now, reach out directly to inquire.
