Cancellation & Payment Policy
All sessions and mentorship packages require payment in full at the time of booking. Please read the following before scheduling.
All Sales Are Final - Due to the personalized, time-blocked nature of these sessions, all payments are non-refundable once a session or package has been booked and paid for. This applies to all offers, with no exceptions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice before their scheduled appointment, at no additional charge.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session, no refund, credit, or make-up session will be provided.
- To reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email.
No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and did not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered forfeited. No refund, credit, or make-up session will be issued.
Multi-Session Packages (Planting the Seed, The Reset Session follow-ups, The 90-Day Reinvention)
- All sessions within a package must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Sessions not used within this window are forfeited with no refund or extension.
- This 6-month completion requirement does not apply to Private Mentorship, which operates on an ongoing basis without a fixed session count.
If We Need to Reschedule - If The LaRoc Collective needs to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, clients will be offered a new time at no additional cost.
By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these terms.
