 Sarina Freincle

Sarina Freincle is a multi-entrepreneur and the founder of The LaRoc Collective, a space created for women who are ready to grow, pivot, and rebuild with intention.

With over a decade of experience building businesses from the ground up, including La’Roc Beauty and LaRoc Precision Testing, Sarina has learned that growth is rarely linear. Her approach blends creativity with structure and insight with strategy. At the core of her work is a simple belief: reinvention is not accidental; it’s intentional.

In 2022, Sarina Freincle made history as the first Black woman to run for city council in Goose Creek, South Carolina. She has served on the Goose Creek Board of Appeals and was recognized as a featured Black business during Black History Month for her contributions to the local economy and community advancement.

Committed to continuous growth, Sarina participated in the inaugural Lowcountry Minority Business Accelerator and later completed the South Carolina Community Loan Fund’s Local Entrepreneur Acceleration Program (LEAP), strengthening her expertise in strategic growth, operational systems, and sustainable business development.

But long before campaigns and accelerators, there was a decade behind a salon chair.

For over ten years, women sat across from Sarina not only for beauty services but also for honest conversation. They shared stories of divorce, burnout, entrepreneurship, reinvention at 40 and 50, rebuilding after loss, and rediscovering who they were becoming. The salon became more than a service space; it became a quiet place of transition.

Over time, Sarina recognized something deeper: the conversations were expanding beyond what a beauty appointment could hold.

So she retired her beauty business not because she was finished, but because she was ready to give women more.

The LaRoc Collective was born from that evolution.

Today, Sarina works with women navigating meaningful business and life transitions. Her approach blends practical strategy with lived experience, helping clients clarify their voice, strengthen their foundation, and install systems that support steady, sustainable growth. Her work is rooted in structure, intention, and standards, not urgency or performance.

Sarina is also the founder of A Beautiful Distraction, her fine-art practice where creativity, storytelling, and legacy intersect. Her art serves as both a personal anchor and a reflection of her core belief: reinvention is an act of creation.

She has collaborated with the SBA and Benedict College to develop and lead entrepreneurial training programs, including “Creating the Magical Customer Experience,” equipping business owners with tools to build loyalty and long-term excellence.

She is the author of the Affirmations Journal for Women Entrepreneurs, recognized by Book Authority as one of the “20 Best New Women and Business Books to Read in 2025.”

At The LaRoc Collective, Sarina Freincle guides women through transition with clarity, structure, and intention, helping them build the next version of their lives and businesses with confidence and momentum.
