I’m Sarina Freincle an entrepreneur, artist, and the visionary behind The LaRoc Collective. But before this space existed, I built and rebuilt myself through every chapter of my journey from beauty and wellness, to art, to corporate leadership and back again.
My story began with LaRoc Beauty, a brand that served women for nearly a decade. It wasn’t just about beauty; it was about confidence, transformation, and creating spaces where people could exhale. From there, I launched LaRoc Precision Testing, bringing integrity and compassion into healthcare through DNA and drug testing services that now support hospitals, corporations, and families across the Lowcountry.
When the world shifted, so did I. I leaned deeper into my creativity and founded A Beautiful Distraction, where art, storytelling, and healing meet. And now, through The LaRoc Collective, I’ve created something larger: a space where all those experiences come together to empower others to lead boldly, with strategy and soul.
In 2022, I became the first Black woman to run for city council in Goose Creek, South Carolina, an experience that deepened my purpose and reminded me that leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about courage, service, and vision. Through every reinvention, I’ve learned this truth:
Reinvention is not a restart — it’s a re-alignment.
When we evolve, we expand. When we dare to shift, we open doors that fear once kept shut.
At The LaRoc Collective, we help leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations do exactly that: align their vision with systems that actually work. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, corporate workshops, or brand strategy development, everything we build is rooted in one mission:
To help people and organizations move from surviving to leading.
Reinvention takes courage, clarity, and community — and that’s what you’ll find here. Welcome to The LaRoc Collective. Your next chapter starts here.
